SAVE MY NEOCITIES!: You should ALWAYS back up your work obviously, but Melonland has a fantastic app I use daily to help make sure all my stuff is extra safe!
Fans Fans Fans — Code Generator: FANTASTIC for fanlisting images and what not! They're also just good for cute graphics in general. They've also got other fanlisting resources if you need them!
Treefort: LOVELY Forum based around Web Dev ventures online! I'm apart of it and you, yes YOU! Should join too :3 cause it's fun!
Interacting On The Web: Good resource for Web Ettiquete and explanation for certain indie web terms!
Imgchest: My primary image host! I use this mainly for things that aren't super duper important. If something is larger/more important/a different file type then I use....
Filegarden: My other image host of choice! I mostly use it for larger, more important, and non-image files.
IndieWeb Database: Created by the lovely petrapixels, a fantastic resource for finding people on the indieweb and/or new webrings and cliques to join!
Webringu: ALSO by petrapixels, webringu is sooo simple and easy to use for making your own webrings! It's what I use!
E0NBREAK's Layout Masterlist: Is this a self promoton? Yes. But I have a giant masterlist of layouts from all over the web!

Obsidian: My personal writing app of choice for serious story projects. I adore Obsidian so much!
Behind the Name: This site and it's underrated sibling (Behind the Surname) are soooo helpful for finding character names!
World Building Checklist: Haven't used this one myself too much but it's so extensive it'd be a joke not to include it! Very useful for fleshing out aspects of your world you might've overlooked.
Aroceu's Write Resources: Various browser writing apps and converters by Aroceu! I use their markdown to HTML converter all the time!
"Stop Losing The Plot": A FANTASTIC video essay about world building and how to narrow down and select details that actually matter for it.
Media

InsertDisc5 Tutorials: Fantastic array of tutorials on various creative subjects from the creator of In Stars and Time!
JMKit.com: Absolutely adored this website as a little kid...it's really lovely and has a lot of fun dollhouse style games!
Rose's Undertale Save Files: A compilation of Save Files you can download to use for Undertale. A lot of people link Flowey's Save Editor but I ended up using this thread instead when replaying with a friend LOL. I just found it easier.
Usually for day-to-day helpful things and/or world issues.
Self-Care Masterpost | Bitches Get Riches: This is a huge masterpost for BGR but they have a TON of resources/tips on life skills, especially directed at those who weren't taught them as a kid/may not be in the best situation.
You feel like shit: Another one that gets linked a lot, but it's good for a reason! Helpful for if you're feeling bad but can't name why.
Mental Health Masterlist: While I usually teter with some caution when it comes to Carrds (and it's variants) on serious topics (they tend to be made by good intentioned, but usually misinformed teenagers after all) this one seems to be quite reliable! (⚠ Obviously though, make sure to check with professional sources before making any concrete decisions on your health. ⚠)
Feeels: Chart of, you guessed it, various feelings! Good for narrowing down what you're feeling.
33 Things to eat w/ No food at home: If you're anything like me and struggle with cooking this is soooo helpful. Helps visualize different options you could make with simple ingredients most have at home!
Animation Studio Reviews: A huge spreadsheet of various Animation Studios and their working conditions. Helpful if you're trying to get hired in the Animation industry (or want to know more about who you're supporting).
Internet Safety: While technically based on the internet, this is still a good read!

Toyhouse: I will always vouch for Toyhouse and that it's undoubtly probably one of the best places for OC creators...if you need a code Literally just ask me I will give you one. It's so very helpful!
Parabolic: The BEST Youtube to Mp3/Mp4 downloader application I've come across. Highly reccommend!
Mass Image Extractor: I used this to compile all the images for the artchives! I reccommend it heavily if you're trying to back up images on a page.
Circlejourney's Toyhouse Editor: Targetted towards editing Toyhouse codes, they also have an editor for Artfight! Genuinely one of my most used resources on this list. Circlejourney is like the Moses of Toyhouse for this LMFAO
VRM2PMX: Modern browser converter for VRM (I.E the standard VROID files) to PMX (I.E, files compatible with Miku Miku Dance). Make your guys dance!!!
Stamp Studio: So so very exceptional, I use this for ALL of my custom stamps!
Hydrus Network: File-management app that lets you manage HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of images! I haven't used it extensively myself (yet) but it's extremely powerful.
Imgbrd-Grabber: Application that allows you to grab images from various sources (mostly image boards, but also has stuff like deviantart + reddit support). (⚠ Comes with NSFW settings ⚠)
StampNyaa: Tool that lets you extract LINE stickers and be able to copy and paste them like stickers/emojis!
Ecosia: My web browser of choice. Every search plants a tree!

Free Media Heck Yeah!: Already very well known for good reason, but this has great resources to finding free stuff online for whatever you need it for. (⚠ Make sure to have an Adblocker/Some privacy protections in place for some websites ⚠)
